Here are some tips to stay safe and stay aware during these times.

Be Safe. Be Cautious. Be Aware: Wearing a mask, washing your hands and remember to social distance are tips that are key to keeping us all safe.

Wear a mask:

When wearing a mask remember to cover your mouth AND nose. Coverage of both areas serves to protect you and others from the spread of germs.

It is appropriate to cough & sneeze inside your masks, if your mask becomes moist & or soiled, change your mask and wash/sanitize your hands.

Hand washing:

Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Singing the verse of a song or the ABC’s helps you to calculate when 20 seconds has passed. If soap and water are not readily available, clean your hands with hand sanitizer or alcohol wet cloths that contain at least 60% alcohol.

Social Distancing
